Functional Food

We offer the possibility of fortifying a traditional crunchy muesli with functional ingredients such as Omega-3 fatty acids, Inulin or probiotic bacteria as found in our "Bio GrainTM" products containing Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis. Bio GrainTM is a cereal/fibre product which contains active lactic acid bacteria in a "stand-by-position state", which can help to balance the intestinal flora and support digestion.
