The Worlds leading organic fair was held in Nürnberg, Germany from 15th th 18to of February 2007.

Again this year Crispy Food participated together with a number of Danish companies on the Danish stand.

The scoop for Crispy Food this year was to have the famous chef Henrik Boserup on the stand to present a trend setting product that drew much attention.

Henrik Boserup has created a new müesli af Crispy Food to be packed with a curdled milk product from dairy Thiese Mejeri. Raw materials he chose from cereal supplier Aurion. All 3 companies exhibited on the Danish stand and the Danish Chef nicely exposed their joint product development efforts.

Crispy Food also presented their bags for the retail market. The bags come in two variants of organic roasted breakfast cereals and have text printed in English, German and Scandinavian. The high profile design and quality of content was very well received.

For the industrial market Crispy Food presented customer specific cereals either packed in Top Cups or supplied in big bags.

Also the Danish Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Hans Christian Schmidt found time to visit Crispy stand.
